Artificial Intelligence in Systems and Applications (AISA) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published scholarly content.

The journal is supported by the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Big Data (AIBIG), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) and implements appropriate digital preservation practices to ensure that published articles remain permanently accessible to researchers, academicians, students, and the wider scholarly community.

All published content is securely archived and backed up through the journal's publishing platform and institutional digital infrastructure. AISA is committed to preserving the scholarly record by maintaining reliable long-term access to its publications and implementing appropriate preservation measures as technologies continue to evolve.

Should additional digital preservation services (such as LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), or institutional repository archiving) be implemented in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
