The evolution of the digital economy and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms has shifted the perception of price fairness encompassing price, performance, and fairness from conventional transactions toward the ethical transparency of digital systems. Utilizing a bibliometric analysis (via VOSviewer and Bibliospy) of 130 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2015 and 2026, this study maps the domain's intellectual structure, which is delineated into four primary clusters ranging from consumer psychology to algorithmic ethics. The findings confirm an ongoing paradigm shift toward AI-driven dynamic pricing while highlighting crucial research gaps in algorithmic ethics, coopetition, and collective stress.
