Aims and Scope

Aim of the Journal

The Journal of Veterinary and Translational Research is dedicated to promoting high-impact translational studies that bridge fundamental scientific discoveries with practical clinical applications in veterinary medicine. The journal serves as a dynamic knowledge-exchange hub within the One Health ecosystem, emphasizing multidisciplinary approaches that connect animal, human, and environmental health.

This journal addresses critical regional and global challenges, particularly relevant to Southeast Asia and tropical ecosystems, including emerging infectious diseases, zoonotic threats, environmental interactions, and sustainable livestock development. It provides a platform for evidence-based innovations in vaccines, diagnostics, and therapeutics across diverse animal species. In addition, the journal encourages the scientific validation of the integration of traditional medicine and natural products into veterinary practice.

By facilitating robust dialogue among researchers, clinicians, industry experts, and policymakers, the journal aims to advance veterinary science, support public health resilience, and drive innovation across the veterinary and life sciences continuum.
