About the Journal

The Malaysian Journal of Bioengineering and Technology (MJBeT) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. It serves as a platform for the dissemination of original research and high-quality ideas in the fields of Bioengineering, Bioindustrial Technology, Materials Technology, Energy Technology, Forestry Technology, and Mineral Technology, both locally and internationally.

MJBeT's primary objective is to present scientific research and relevant methods within the scope of Bioengineering and Technology, as well as other related cross-disciplinary research from Malaysia and abroad. The journal aims to stimulate and promote academic exchange among scholars and practitioners at both local and global levels.

MJBeT publishes two issues per year (bi-annually) in March and September. Its Editorial Board consists of distinguished and renowned local and international academic scholars and practitioners. The journal accepts articles written in either Malay or English languages.
